Some love stories are worth crossing the Pacific Ocean for. Elena & Greg traveled all the way from Maryland to say "I do" in Hawaiʻi, surrounded by the people who matter most. Everything was relaxed and full of laughter. Well, until during the reception, when the bride's mom picked up the microphone. Within minutes, the room went from laughter to everyone suddenly having "something in their eye." Even I started thinking that someone was cutting onions in the room. But I knew I still had a job to do, so I did what every wedding photographer does: wipe the "sweat" from my eyes and kept shooting. Sometimes the most unforgettable photos are taken while you're trying not to cry behind the camera.
